Customer care is a biiiigggg part of making this a successful teacher business.  In order to provide the best service possible, you need to be proactive.  Providing timely and consistent responses to parent requests is one step of the process.  

 

Some other suggestions are:

 

  • Establish boundaries
  • Set and publish or update policies
  • Create email templates
  • Videos - More business terms: know, like & trust factor
  • Provide value - who doesn’t love a bonus?
  • Parent communication goes a long way
    • Find the positives and reach out!
  • Show your appreciation
